About our artworks & prints
1. What type of canvas is used for the artworks?
The type of canvas is indicated in the description of the artwork. Generally, cotton canvases or wooden panels are used.
2. What type of paper is used for the prints?
We use high-quality Fujifilm matte photographic paper, with long-lasting inks that preserve vibrant colours.
3. Are the artworks and prints sold framed or unframed?
Both original artworks and prints can be purchased with or without a frame.
Original artworks are available with a natural wood floating frame.
Prints can be purchased with a black or silver aluminum frame, with a synthetic glass front protection.
4. Is each artwork unique?
Each piece is entirely handmade, so no two are exactly alike. Even when the same design or motif is repeated, each work has slight variations that make it unique. Every artwork is numbered and signed.
5. Are the artworks produced in limited edition?
Yes, all artworks are created in limited edition. Some are part of a series, and each series has its own maximum number of pieces. Others are presented as a single series.
The details and quantity of each artwork are specified in the description of each item. Dimensions may vary within the same series.
6. Is the number of prints limited?
Each photographic or digital design is printed in a limited quantity. The number of prints is indicated in the description of each item. All prints are numbered and signed.
7. Are artworks, designs, and photographs protected by copyright?
Yes, all artworks, designs, and photographs are protected by intellectual property rights and are registered.
8. Are Artificial Inteligence tools used to develop the designs?
No, the artworks and the prints are original works, created without the use of Artificial Intelligence, combining handmade and digital techniques according to each design.

Shipping and delivery
9. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal. We are working to expand our shipping service to additional countries.
10. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The usual delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on location and the type of article. During the holiday season in August, delivery times may be longer.
11. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over 150€. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will apply and will be displayed prior to completing the purchase. Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country.
12. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
13. How is my order packaged?
Prints are shipped in rigid tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Framed artworks or framed prints are shipped in reinforced cardboard boxes.

Payments and refunds
14. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards or Apple Pay.
15. Can I return or exchange an article
Original artworks and limited edition numbered prints can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, as long as they are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
16. What if my order arrives damaged?
In this case, you must notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide photographs of both the packaging and the item.
In such cases, we will cover the costs of return or replacement, as long as the damage is not the result of improper use, incorrect handling, or deterioration occurring after delivery.

Yes, you can indicate this in the notes of your order or contact us with your tax information.
18. How can I care for my print or artwork to make it last longer?
Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. You can occasionally clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
