1. What type of canvas is used for the works?
The type of canvas is indicated in the work's description. Cotton canvas or wooden boards are generally used.
2. What type of paper is used for the sheets?
We use high-quality Fujifilm matte photo paper, with time-resistant inks and vivid colors.
3. Are the prints sold with or without a frame?
Prints and works are sold unframed, unless otherwise specified in the description of the work or print.
4. Can I request a custom size? Available sizes are indicated in the description of the artwork or print. However, on specific occasions, requests may be made via the contact form. This may result in a change in price.
5. Is the quantity of foil printing limited?
Yes. Each photographic print or digital design is printed up to a limited quantity. The number of prints is specified in the purchase description.

Shipping and deliveries
6. To which countries do you ship?
Ayala Studio generally ships to countries within the European Union. Some works may not be available in certain countries.
7. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The usual delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location and the type of product. During the August holiday season, delivery times may increase.
8. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is generally free within the Spanish Community and the European Union. In some cases, a surcharge may apply.
9. How can I track my order?
You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
10. How is my order packaged?
The prints are shipped in rigid tubes or reinforced boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The artworks are shipped in reinforced boxes.

11. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or bank transfer.
12. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, Ayala Studio accepts returns within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the product is in perfect condition.
13. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue you a refund.
