Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship to the following European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal. We are working to expand our shipping service to additional countries.

Shipping is free for orders over 150€. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will apply and will be displayed prior to completing the purchase. Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country.

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. During the holiday season in August, delivery times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Original artworks and limited edition numbered prints can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, as long as they are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

In case of defects, you must notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide photographs of both the packaging and the item.

In such cases, we will cover the costs of return or replacement, as long as the damage is not the result of improper use, incorrect handling, or deterioration occurring after delivery.
